Everyone is welcome to attend the worship service held in the church each Sunday at 9.30am. Tea and coffee are offered for an opportunity for fellowship after the service each week.
The Church Christmas tree is up and decorated and that, together with the Advent banners and Advent wreath, is a sure sign that Christmas is close.
The main tree in the Church is covered in decorations known as Chrismons. The word “Chrismons” means Christ’s monogram; symbols to represent the name of Jesus. All Chrismons are made in combinations of gold and white beads. White is the colour used for joy, purity and perfection. The gold represents our Lord’s majesty and glory. The evergreen Christmas tree is a symbol of God’s constancy. The white lights on the tree represent Christ’s constant presence as the “light to the World”.

Held every Tuesday during term time from 9-10.30am, Playgroup @ St Paul is for children aged 0-5 and a parent/caregiver. School families are more than welcome to come across after you have done the school drop-off. We won’t be completely set up, but you are still welcome to hang out with us.
Cost is $2 per family, and your first visit is free.
Come and check out the play space, make a craft, play with playdough, explore the sensory play space, and join in with story and song time.
This week we had lots of Christmas crafts, colouring in pictures and activities, together with fake snow in the sensory play space as we get ready for Christmas.

Next week will be a Christmas celebration for the final Playgroup of the year, so come wearing a little bit of Christmas.

A huge thank you to everyone who came and supported the Carols in the Park event that was held on Sunday; it was a great evening, despite the weather forecast sending the event indoors. A particular thanks and congratulations to the Junior and Senior choirs who did an amazing job singing (and acting) ‘King of Christmas’ and ‘O What A Glorious Night.’
SPIN is a four-day, three-night, statewide camp in January for young people in school Years 4-6 to experience an inclusive and encouraging community and grow in relationship with Christ and others.
SPIN is about ‘turning church upside down’. What this means for us is that we believe church is relevant for young people, and we want to explore with them what it means to be church today, including what they can do to serve their church community and what they can gain from the service itself. We want to make church something that they connect with in a meaningful way.
Registrations are now open for Spin Camp 2026. For more details, contact Blueprint Ministries https://blueprintministries.org.au/camps/spin/
