Group 11

This year, Group 11 students have shown outstanding growth in their ability to follow routines and use our School Wide Positive Behaviour Strategies. Their increased confidence with visual supports, structured transitions and clear expectations has led to higher engagement, calmer learning times and greater enjoyment throughout the day.
This progress was clearly demonstrated during cooking sessions such as our mini pizza activity. Students were able to complete the task with reduced or no prompting, independently sequence visual steps, and safely use kitchen tools. Great effort by all the boys. The best part was they were all able to eat the yummy pizza they had created.
We are so proud of how each student has embraced these strategies and built positive habits that support independence and success at school. Thank you to our families for your ongoing support—Group 11 has had a fantastic year of progress!
Wishing all our students and families a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year and holiday break. Looking forward to seeing everyone back in 2026.
Best wishes from Nicole and Toni.
