2025 CSEF Applications are open!
HOW TO APPLY
New applicants should contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form or download the application form attached.
Please note that your eligible concession card must be provided with your application. The office is able to make a copy.
If you applied for CSEF at EVPS last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year unless any of the following changes have occurred:
· new student enrolments; your child has started or changed schools this year.
· changed family circumstances; such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing this year.
Check with the school office if you are unsure.
Prep students who are CSEF recipients are also eligible for a uniform voucher. Please contact the School office for more information.
2025 Student Stationery Packs
2025 Student Stationery Packs are now available - please check Compass post for details.
When ordering please ensure you select your child's 2025 year level not the current year level.
For delivery by the end of January 2025 orders must be submitted to Edplus by December 20th 2024. Orders placed after this date may not be delivered until after school resumes.
Please ensure your child brings the complete stationery pack to school on the first day of term 1.
Prep and Year 1 packs will be delivered directly to school.
Year 2 - 6 packs will be delivered to your home address.
Passwords for each year level are on the stationery lists attached.

2025 EVPS Voluntary Contributions will be posted on Compass in the coming weeks. To help keep costs for parents to a minimum, at this time of year, our voluntary contributions are not included with your stationery orders for 2025 and are not due until 31/3/2025.

School Saving Bonus Update
In Term 4, 2024, families with a child enrolled in a government school from Prep to Year 12 in 2025 will receive the one-off $400 School Saving Bonus.
The $400 School Saving Bonus provides families with support for education-related costs, such as school activities and/or school uniforms and textbooks.
The School Saving Bonus is not available for full-fee international students, home schooled students, TAFE students and students attending kindergarten in 2025.
Actions for parents and carers
Emails with codes be sent out between the 26th and 28th November. If you do not receive your code by 29th November please contact: school.saving.bonus@education.vic.gov.au
School Saving Bonus portal will open 26th November 2024.
Everybody should now have received the intial email, 1 per family, please check your junk mail regularly to make sure you do not miss an important email. If you have not received this email please contact the School Saving Bonus team.
