What's been happening this week? 

YEAR 5/6 SPECIALIST SHOWCASE  'The Three Little Pigs' (in Japanese!) - Thursday October 23

Our Year 5/6 students have been working hard (and having lots of fun!) preparing for this year’s Specialist Showcase, which is just two weeks away!

In Japanese classes, students have been learning the lines for a character in The Three Little Pigs, either as a lead or an understudy, all in Japanese! In Visual Arts, they’ve been busy designing and making props, costumes and posters, and in Performing Arts, they’ve been rehearsing their scenes and adding the finishing touches to their performances.

Each Year 5/6 class will perform their own version of The Three Little Pigs to an audience of students from across the school. It’s been wonderful to see the excitement, teamwork and creativity shining through as everyone prepares for the big day.

Family members of the leading cast are welcome to join the audience. Your child will know the time of their performance next week.

DISC GOLF

Our year 3 and 4 students had a great time learning the sport of disc golf! They absolutely loved putting their throwing skills to the test!
