Family Workshop
Following requests from several families interested in practical support around navigating technology and screen time at home, we are excited to announce a free, focused parenting workshop.
We've partnered with the expert Children and Parenting Support Service unit from the Salvation Army to bring this valuable, one-off session right here to our school.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical strategies and a deeper understanding of healthy digital habits for your children. Please use the QR code below or text the number to register for the one-hour workshop to be run on the 3rd December at 9:30am.
Prep Wellbeing Focus: Positive Coping Skills! 😊
We want to give a huge thank you to our Prep students (and teachers) for sharing their fantastic learning as part of our School Wellbeing Program.
The Preps worked hard to build their knowledge and understanding of helpful strategies they can use when they need a little support. They focused on developing practical, positive coping skills they can use to manage their feelings, whether they need to:
Cheer themselves up when they are feeling sad.
Calm themselves down when they are feeling frustrated or overwhelmed.
We are so proud of our young learners for embracing these essential life skills!
