Building skills and knowledge in the kitchen

Year 10 ‘Cafe Culture’ recently completed their cooking assessment. Students were demonstrating food safety and hygiene skills in the kitchen. They made Chicken Filo Parcel with Mango Salsa.  

Year 8 students are continuing to build their skills and knowledge in the kitchen. This week 8D made Spanakopita with Warragal greens which had been growing in the school community garden.
