Principal's Message

Dear Holy Family Parents and Carers,

Celebrating Creative Arts during Wellbeing Week

It was an absolute delight to experience the display of Creative Arts talent of our students during our Wellbeing Week celebrations.

On Tuesday, our students took centre stage to showcase their creativity through a series of amazing performances. The journey began with our youngest superstars from Kindergarten, who brought the tale of 'Goldilocks' to life with their charming storytelling. Next up, Year 1 students amazed us with their energetic performance of 'Chicken Licken'.

Weaving a magical story, Year 2 students told the story of 'The Gingerbread Man,' through their delightful movements. As we moved into the higher year levels, Year 3 dazzled us with their presentation of 'Early Jazz Style,' showcasing their musical talents. Year 4 students demonstrated a deeper understanding of musical skills delivering a 'Later Jazz Style,' performance that was captivating and loads of fun. Our seniors took us on a journey through the ages with their dance routines inspired by 'Rock Research Topics.' From classic rock to modern interpretations, their performances were a testament to their dedication, creativity, and love for the arts.

What truly made these performances special was the active participation of our audience. Families, teachers, and students joined in the excitement, clapping, singing along, and immersing themselves in the magic created by our talented performers.

We are incredibly proud of every student who took to the stage and grateful to our wonderful Music teacher, Mrs Nash for nurturing their talents and the senior students who showcased their amazing talents in backstage production skills.

Holy Week

Easter is a time of renewal, hope, and the promise of new beginnings. During this holy season, please make time to reflect on Jesus' message of love, compassion, and forgiveness in our daily lives. May the resurrection of Christ inspire us to be people of positive change in our school, families, and communities.

I would like to thank those parents who were able to participate in the Holy Week reflections at school today. We are blessed to have such supportive and involved parents in our Holy Family community.

As we gather with family and friends to celebrate Easter, let us also remember those in need and those who are less fortunate. Through acts of kindness and generosity, we can truly embrace the spirit of Easter and make a meaningful difference in the world around us.

Wishing you and your families a blessed and joyful Easter filled with love, hope, and the blessings of the risen Lord.
