SWAN HILL INTERSECTIONS

Council has resolved to further advocate to the State Government for improvements to the Murlong Street/McCallum Street intersection and the Gray Street/Campbell Street intersections.

Council cannot simply fix these intersections as they are State owned arterial roads, however, Council are committed to partnering with the State Government to formulate solutions for these intersections to improve road safety and address community concerns.

Road safety statistics for these intersections do not typically collect data on near misses, property damage, or “other injury” accidents, so we are asking the community to share your personal experiences.

Council are urging our school community to help them advocate to the State Government for improvements to these intersections, by completing the online survey and sharing your message regarding these intersections.
