Interschool Sports

On the 23rd of October, the Year 9/10 girls went to Narrandjeri Stadium to compete in the Futsal Interschool Sport Competition against several other schools. During the first competition against Reservoir, the girls did not win this game but showed great improvement. In the second game the girls were more comfortable and had improved so quickly getting into the game. The 3rd game against Northcote our players were concentrated and were improving well. In all 3 games the year 9/10 girls team were improving enough to obtain a victory but regardless of the results, the girls maintained their focus and dedication performing well on the field. The girls should be proud of themselves and although the win was elusive. Overall, all of the futsal teams from Year 7, Year 8 and Year 9/10 displayed great effort through their determination to improve their skills, maintain a strong work ethic and embody the spirit of sportsmanship and respect for all.
