Upcoming French Topics

Welcome back to Term 4! We have included an overview of the French topics we will cover this term for those of you who wish to provide extra support from home. Underneath, we have included links to songs and wordbanks from these topics which you can enjoy learning together.

Thank you for your continued support of our French program. It's always wonderful to hear how much your children are enjoying their French lessons and how eager they are to share their new language skills with you at home!

Term 3 Highlights

Last term, students in Year 1 created shape monsters to learn colour and shape names in French. These shape monsters have now taken over our French classroom. We love the awesome designs!

Students in Year 5 have been learning to teach the time in French to their Year 1 buddies. We were really impressed with the range of activities they came up with. It was also lovely to see how much the students enjoyed sharing their activities with each other. 

Term 3 French Awards 

Félicitations to the following students for outstanding effort and participation in French during Term 3. Also a grand 'merci' to our Language Captain Siobhan and honorary Captain Indigo, for doing the honours of presenting the awards.
