Open to all year 12 leaders next year (Sports, House, School and SLC Captains + Senior SLC Leaders)

Keep the SLC groups separate (p-6, 7-10, 11-12)
Increase continuity between groups, having a representative from 11-12 attend meetings in p-6 and 7-10.
Create an SLC step up day to run during advisory during step-up week.
