This week we learnt to make Capunti! It is a type of pasta, made with semolina which enables the pasta to keep its shape. We made the Capunti pieces by rolling little discs of dough down the back of a fork. We served it with a delicious carbonara sauce.

 

Last week we learnt about strawberries, we made newspaper pots and planted a strawberry runner in them to take home to plant. Hopefully in time, we will all have a wonderful strawberry patch each to enjoy!
