Writing 

We have been focusing on using descriptive language in our writing to paint a vivid picture for the audience. The students have enjoyed brainstorming collaboratively to generate ideas and we are starting to see a better use of adjectives in their writing pieces.

District Athletics 

Last week we took some of the grade 5/6's to participate in the district field athletics. We were very proud of how they conducted themselves whilst we were there. 

Interschool Sports 

Last week we had our first interschool sports games. Both netball teams and our girls soccer team won their matches!
