The Parent Directory is now available on the Hub
Thank you to everyone who has opted in to share their contact details with their child’s year group. The new Parent Directory is now available for you to access on The Hub. Follow these three steps to access the lists:
- Click on the ‘Hamburger’ button on the top left of your Hub page.
- Then select 'Parent Directory' from the menu.
- You can then search by name, boarder/day, or year group in the drop-down menus. Please note that you are only able to access details for your child’s year group.

Should you change your mind about sharing contact information, a form is available on the Parent Dashboard that will allow you to either opt-in or opt-out of the Parent Directory. The form can be accessed via the ‘Notes and Forms’ tile at the top of the dashboard. You must click on the dropdown menu to select the form.
We hope that this new facility will make it easier for you to connect with the families of your children’s friends to build stronger connections and share information or resources.
New Junior School Carpark arrangements
New arrangements are in place in the Junior School carpark to improve the traffic flow and to make collecting students easier. A map of the new arrangements is below.
A new 10 minute parking zone has been set up outside of Pre-Kinder, with six spaces available. This will enable Pre-K parents to park for a short period while they go in to collect their children. In addition, a new one-way flow, combined with a number of new 'no parking' zones has been set up to improve overall traffic flow.
The expectation is that this will greatly improve the collection experience at the end of the school day. Your feedback is welcome via junioroffice@kws.nsw.edu.au.
