If you were unable to attend a Classroom Helper workshop earlier in the year and would like to assist in the classroom, we are offering one more workshop session at the beginning on Term Three.

Child Safe Training

In order to assist at Holy Spirit in any capacity you will need to complete our Child Safe Training. This must be completed each year.

ANZAC Day

A heartfelt thank you to the Cefai family for representing Holy Spirit at this year's Dawn Service in Ringwood. Alongside 2500-3000 others, they honoured this significant occasion. 

Rachel, Daniel, and Emily laid a wreath on behalf of Holy Spirit, demonstrating their commitment and respect, thank you. 

Despite the early hour and freezing cold, their presence was deeply appreciated.

NAPLAN Reports

 We have received information that our 2024 results for NAPLAN are due to be sent to schools from Monday 15th July. Once they have arrived at school they will be sent home with our students in Years 3 & 5.

A friendly reminder to please keep your NAPLAN results safe. Many Secondary Schools request a copy of these results. Holy Spirit do not receive digital or extra copies of our student reports. We understand that sometimes these reports can be misplaced. Please allow ample  time to request copies as this can sometimes be a lengthy process.

ICAS Assessments

Holy Spirit will be partnering with ICAS once again to complete English & Mathematics assessments for students in Years 3 - 6. Both assessments will take place in August.

Assembly

Assembly will be held each Friday at 2:30pm in the school hall. All dates for Assembly this term are on the Holy Spirit School Calendar.

Library

Our students will visit the library each week and borrow. Students need to bring their library bag to school on their library day to borrow. The timetable for this year is below:

Library borrowing has begun for the year.

The library will also be open each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning from 8:35 - 8:50am.
