Applications for Year 7 Placements 

Attention Year 6 Parents: Application for Year 7 Placement 2025

Dear parents and carers,

Please click on the button below to access the Year 6 to Year 7 Placement Information Pack for Parents and Carers for 2025. 

What you need to do: 

1. Read the Information for parents and carers on how to enrol and support your child moving from primary to secondary school, including the priority order of placement.  

2. Locate your local school for 2025 and other secondary schools at www.findmyschool.vic.gov.au

3. Complete the Application for Year 7 Placement 2025 form (pages 11-14 of the pack) and return it to your primary school by Friday 10 May 2024 (no extension will be granted, this is a Department of Education deadline).

Please note that the form needs to be filled in and returned to us even if you intend to enrol into a non-government school. There is provision on the last page for you to indicate which non-government school your child would be enrolling into.  

The form can be emailed to caulfield.jr.co@education.vic.gov.au or dropped off at the general office.
