Melbourne Writers Festival

On Wednesday, 22 students from Years 3 to 6 attended the Melbourne Writers Festival at the magnificent State Library to listen to a range of inspirational authors and illustrators. 

This was a wonderful learning experience for our students. The children who attended are active members of our weekly writing club and other students who have shown an interest in writing for our Shared Stories Anthology this year. The children had an opportunity to listen, ask questions, engage with the authors and illustrators and have copies of their books signed. A huge thank you to Mr Gahan and Tee (Amara's mum) who atttended the Writers Festival with our students.
