Celebrating Our Students
It has been an absolute pleasure to work and learn alongside all of your beautiful young people this year. Watching their growth, not only academically, but socially and emotionally, and being part of each child’s learning journey is always a privilege. We are so proud of the progress our students have made and the way they continue to show curiosity, resilience and care for one another.

Thank You, Mrs Anderson
A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Anderson for spending time in the classroom while I stepped into Room 1 during Miss Bortoletti’s camp. We always value Mrs. Anderson’s calm presence and support, and the students particularly enjoyed the opportunity to head outside for some relaxing Tai Chi, a wonderful way to reset and regulate during a busy time of year.
Â
Welcoming Our New Students
We were also delighted to welcome our new students as part of our transition program, including our statewide transition day. Our future students eagerly participated in a range of classroom experiences, getting a real taste of school life. From art and science to sport with Mr Peavey, and even a visit to the MARC Van with Mrs Hinchcliffe. It was lovely to see their enthusiasm and excitement as they begin their school journey with us.
Â
Ending the Term with Kindness
As we moved into the final weeks of term, time was spent reminding one another of the importance of kindness, understanding and patience. It has been a long term, and as tiredness sets in, we continue to lean on our school values to guide our actions. Students have enjoyed play-based learning opportunities, time together with peers, and participating in many end-of-year activities and excursions.

Celebrating a Year of Learning
There has certainly been no shortage of fun to round out the year! Our whole school excursion to Gumbuya World was a highlight, filled with laughter and shared memories. Students also enjoyed our School Rewards Day, which included a Movie Day, Milkshakes (Thanks Miss. Marg), and a Water Fun Day. A wonderful way to celebrate a year of effort and positive choices.

Looking Ahead
As we look ahead to next year, we are excited to continue building on the fabulous learning, strong relationships and sense of community that make Cowwarr such a special place. Thank you to our families for your ongoing support throughout the year. We look forward to another wonderful year together.
