November 17th, 2025 Bellamy
This week’s Superhero has soared into the spotlight for the school value of EXCELLENCE… and trust us, Bellamy lives and breathes it in every way!
Prepare to be dazzled! This learning legend shows up every day ready to shine. Bellamy listens actively, waits respectfully, and jumps into class discussions with enthusiasm. Her answers are always thoughtful and curious!
And of course, every hero needs a superpower move… Bellamy's is Kindness! She uses gentle words, shows care to everyone, and brings extra sunshine into our classroom. If you’re lucky enough to work with her, your day instantly gets a little brighter.
No challenge is too big and no task too tricky for Bellamy. She charges forward with a can-do attitude, always striving for her personal best.
Bellamy's superpowers don’t stop there… she leads with fairness and respect. She quietly keeps the peace, makes sure everyone feels welcome, and works beautifully with her classmates. She’s the kind of role model every classroom dreams of.
Studio 5 is incredibly lucky to have this polite, thoughtful, and truly delightful superhero displaying excellence in everything she does.
Huge congratulations to Bellamy, a sensational Superhero. We are SO proud of you!
November 24th, 2025 Fletcher
This week’s Superhero will be receiving their award for perseverance and persistence.
Fletcher's teacher had to think very long and hard to find a student who has transformed their learning like he has, through hard work and dedication, and a real can-do attitude.
While learning and schoolwork isn’t at the top of his favourite things to do, Fletcher is the kind of student who simply rolls up his sleeves, gets stuck in, and gets the job done—usually with a cheeky grin. He really knows what personal best means to him, and he strives to do this every time, and never compares himself to others. What an awesome attitude!
Fletcher is a loyal friend, a positive presence in our classroom, and a superstar footballer who somehow manages to squeeze schoolwork in between match-winning goals. (One of those match winning goals was reportedly kicked from 137 metres out!)
Fletcher's determination, kindness, and ability to laugh through challenges make him an absolute legend to have in the classroom. He even holds the door open for his classmates and teacher every day!
Congratulations Fletcher, we hope you have a great week!

Girls Regional Basketball
On Tuesday 11th November our girls’ basketball team travelled to Swan Hill to compete in the Loddon Mallee Regional Basketball Championships. Playing against some of the state’s top primary school teams the girls played four competitive matches against teams from Bendigo, Swan Hill, Mildura and Echuca.
The team played hard all day, supporting each other and never giving up.
Congratulations to all of the girls for making it through to the regional stage after going unbeaten at both the District and Division levels of the competition. A fantastic achievement and experience.
We are all extremely proud of their efforts.
A big thank you to our two parent coaches, Candize and Ivonne, for guiding the girls the whole way.

We are thrilled to announce that every Friday from now until the end of Term 1 next year is officially Ride to School Friday! 🚲🛴🚶♀️
Let’s make the most of the beautiful weather ahead by riding, walking, or scootering to school. It’s a fantastic way to kickstart your day with fresh air, fun, and fitness. Plus, it’s great for the planet and a wonderful way to connect with friends and neighbours!
Why not rally your crew, form a walking or riding group, and turn your Fridays into a celebration of community and sustainability?

See you out there!
Carpark Safety
We would like to address some important safety concerns regarding carpark use, and we kindly ask for your cooperation.
Kindergarten Carpark
We have been made aware that some families are using the kindergarten carpark who are not attending the kindergarten. This carpark is reserved exclusively for kindergarten families. If you have both kindergarten and school-aged children and need to park there, please ensure you use the ramp to access the school grounds.
The increased traffic in this area is making it difficult for kindergarten families to find parking and is also creating a safety risk due to the higher volume of foot traffic. Please also note that the gate between the kindergarten and school is now locked — children should not be lifted over the gate under any circumstances.
School Carpark
The school carpark has vehicles moving in and out throughout the day. For safety reasons, we ask that pedestrians do not use the stairs near the flag poles and then walk through the carpark as a shortcut. The designated ramp or steps are to be used when entering or exiting the school.
Thank you for your support in helping keep all members of our school and kindergarten community safe.
