Emotional Literacy involves learning to identify and label our emotions, as well as developing emotional regulation skills. When we can accurately name our feelings and emotions, it reduces the impact of uncomfortable emotions and enhances the effect of positive ones.

World Kindness Day- November 13th.

This week, we’re celebrating World Kindness Day! We are encouraging everyone in our school community to join in by finding simple ways to show kindness — a friendly smile, a helping hand, or a kind word can make someone’s day. This week at school we have been sharing fun ideas with students about how small acts of kindness can spread happiness and strengthen our school community.
