A HUGE thank you to the PTF Committee for their behind-the-scenes prep for our upcoming Fundraiser Gala Ball.
There is less than two weeks until we have our dancing shoes on and enjoy a night of colour! So here are a few reminders:
Don’t forget to book your bus tickets!
The Gunnedah bus is $20 and will leave the Railway Hotel at 4:45.
The Boggabri bus is free and will leave the RSL at 5:15.

The Kaleidoscope
We are creating colour with our tables. You are responsible for decorating your table in your chosen colour. We will provide a plain white tablecloth on a round table (unfair advantage white table!). There will be a prize for the best decorated table, so get creative!
Doors open at 5:30pm to start your decorating. If you would like to drop off your decorations before the doors open, please reach out, and we can arrange a time for you.
On the Night
Belly’s Up BBQ is catering dinner for the night. If you have forgotten to add any dietary requirements to your booking, please let us know.
Feel free to bring your own nibbles, and remember it is BYO drinks; there is no bar available on the night.
We will be hosting an auction on the night with items donated from various businesses, so bring some cash, but we will also have EFTPOS available.

NEXT GENERAL PTF MEETING
The next meeting will be on Saturday, 20th September, at a time and location TBA. This will be an opportunity to debrief on the Ball and discuss funds to be allocated to the Ninja Playground. Uniform Shop Opening Hours

N.B. If parents want uniform items, we respectfully ask that you purchase these items only when the Uniform Shop is open (please see opening hours and dates above). The office staff are more than happy to help out if your child has damaged their uniform or has lost an item and needs a replacement.
Working With Children Check (WWCC) Update ~ Just a friendly reminder that if you are a member of the PTF you must have a current Working With Children Check. If you are not sure, please contact Ms Traynor in the office.
****Parents who volunteer at the school in any capacity around children other than their own are also required to have a Working With Children Check.
Volunteer Working With Children Checks can be obtained from Service NSW and, once obtained, are valid for 5 years.
