PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Mrs Claire Ryan
Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome to Week 7's newsletter for Term 3.
This week, we join all schools across Australia to celebrate Teacher Aide Appreciation Week. This is the perfect time to celebrate the outstanding work that Teacher Aides/ Education Assistants do in our schools. We are fortunate to have several Education Assistants working at Sacred Heart, including Mrs Sharon Mitchell, Mrs Calee Mackay, Miss Alice Dorrington (who is currently on leave), and we welcome back on a casual basis Mrs Lily Payne (replacing Miss Dorrington). This week is an opportunity for us to recognise their outstanding dedication and commitment to supporting students and teachers throughout the school year. I wish to personally thank these ladies for their contributions to the learning environment at Sacred Heart School. Their daily work is truly appreciated.
Thank you to the parents who took the time to complete the School Improvement Survey for 2025. This is a valuable tool to support us with our future planning. We appreciate and value your insights and feedback as we continue to build our partnership and improve your child's Catholic education.
We have opened enrolments for 2026. If you know of families in our community who want their children to attend Sacred Heart school, please don't hesitate to ask them to contact our school office so they can collect an enrolment form.
Wishing everyone a productive and rewarding Week 7!
Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
Warm regards,
Claire Ryan
Principal
