From the Principal

Happy Father's Day
We hosted a wonderful Father’s Day breakfast earlier this week, and it was a pleasure to see many of our fathers, grandfathers, and father figures in attendance. During the event, I emphasised to the group the significance of such gatherings and the vital role that fathers and father figures play in a child's development. Fathers play a vital role in shaping the foundation of a child’s life. They provide love, security, and guidance that foster emotional strength and resilience. A father’s presence builds confidence, encourages independence, and models responsibility and integrity. Fathers often influence how children approach challenges, relationships, and decision-making throughout life. Beyond the family setting, fathers also strengthen communities by nurturing values of respect, empathy, and hard work. Their balance of protection, discipline, and affection forms a lasting impact that carries through generations.
A special thanks to the St Anne's "Events team" for organising another fantastic community event.
I hope all our father's and father figures have a wonderful day on Sunday.
Lights, Camera, Action!
Our production cast has dedicated many hours to rehearsals, and next week the excitement will reach its peak with the St Anne's performance of Aladdin. We wish our students the best of luck for the upcoming performances!
Yr 7 Beach Camp
Our Year 7 students conclude a successful three-day beach camp at Queenscliff today. Camps such as these are instrumental in developing confidence and independence among young people. We appreciate the dedication of the staff members who committed their time away from home and family to ensure the success of this experience.
