Lunchtime Clubs: Spaces to Connect, Create and Recharge
Let’s face it, while students love their AMAZING teachers, Education Support staff, and engaging learning opportunities, the favourite part of many days is lunchtime! Alongside our busy playground and oval, we offer a variety of lunchtime clubs each week. These give students extra ways to spend their break, great for kids who enjoy a calm, more structured space, want to follow an interest, or simply want to try something new with a friend or on their own.
Why We Run Them
Clubs boost belonging and positive social connections, provide predictable routines for students who prefer quieter spaces, and offer meaningful leadership and teamwork opportunities, all in line with our school values of Kindness, Respect, Aspire, Community, and Teamwork.
How It Works
Clubs run on set days and are supervised by staff. Students can choose to attend as it suits them. Some activities have limited places for safety or resources; however, most days we’re able to accommodate all who are interested. If a club is full, students are encouraged to try an alternative that day and come back the following week.

Family Conversations
When having family conversations about the days or weeks ahead, we encourage you to consider using lunchtime clubs as a tool for some simple dinner-time conversation: “Which club might you try this week?”, “Are there any clubs you’ve been to before that you really enjoy?”, “Who might you invite to go to a club together?” Prompting your children to make small, low-stakes choices like this can help them build confidence and friendships.
