Student Achievements 

Leo (15) year 10 and his brother and Paddy (12 ) McCaughley from Belmont GEELONG will be heading to The Australia Institute of sport in Canberra this April school holidays to begin their training camp as part of the Skate Australia National Talent Street Skateboarding Development Program. A program that is the pathway to the LA 2028 Olympics. 

The AUSTRALIA Institute of sport will focus on developing high-performance behaviours (sports nutrition, recovery, physical preparation, well-being and mindset), technical development in skateboarding, and other exciting activities!  

They have both been selected as the best of Australia’s National Talent as up and coming Skateboarders. Being selected from many of talented skateboarder applicants around Aus. 

Leo and Paddy will also head to Qld next week to compete in the National Rumble Championship against Australia’s best skaters.
