2024 Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) Applications

How Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund is used

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:

• school camps or trips
• swimming and school-organised sport programs
• outdoor education programs
• excursions and incursions

Eligibility for the CSEF

Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or temporary foster parents are eligible to apply. A special consideration category also exists. Schools can receive applications from families by 23 June 2024.

Families can list more than one student in the one application form if they are attending the same school.

Download the attached application form and deliver to the school office, along with a copy of your current Concession card:

Payment Plans for Camps

We try to give parents as much notice as possible when paying for a camp deposit. As this amount is often large, we encourage you to contact us to setup a payment plan to break the amount into smaller, bitesize amounts, over a longer period of time. However, to set it up, we need you to contact us.
