Just Keep Swimming!

Congratulations to Mr Smale and Warrell for winning the annual Huntingtower House Swimming Carnival for 2024! It was a close competition all day with the lead changing several times and the banter between Houses electric.

Well done to all for maximum participation, with everyone doing their bit to support and cheer on their Houses.

Special congratulations to Rayner for receiving the first ever Bealo’s point with the most participants swimming and for those students who dominated in the student vs staff noodle race! What a fantastic way to end a fun and successful Carnival.

Congratulations Warrell!

The 2024 House Swimming Carnival was a day packed with action and fun. It was great to see so many people jumping into the pool and swimming, even if swimming wasn't their favourite sport. The camaraderie and support was unmatched, with people cheering for their friends, and even for people who they didn't know. Everyone came together in a big family, and supported one another.

One memorable part of the day was the relays at the end of the carnival. The cheering coming from the stands was the loudest it had been all day, with each house cheering their teams on. Relays are one of the most exciting events because they display four teammates, in pursuit of a common goal, and trying to make their house proud.

The cherry on top would be Warrell's win after Rayner's reign of 6 years. Warrell being able to take the trophy home this carnival was definitely something that we will remember forever, and made our Year 12 experience just that much more memorable.
