World Vision 40 Hour Famine Fundraisers

We've had lots of fun across primary in recent weeks, raising funds in support of World Vision's 40 Hour Famine. Well done to everyone involved for making a real difference. Together, we are raising vital funds to help fight hunger for underprivileged children around the world. We’re proud of the compassion and spirit shown by our students, and we look forward to even more exciting activities to come.

Hoodie and Oodie Day |  From fluffy oodies to funky hoodies, the school was buzzing with fun and warmth - not just from the outfits, but from the amazing hearts behind them.

Crocs and Socks Day | Students and staff stepped out in style in colourful crocs and crazy socks to support our gold coin fundraiser.

Constable Care Shows Us the Way to Safety

Our Pre-Primary students recently visited Constable Care to learn important road safety skills in a real-life environment. They practised crossing roads using crosswalks and traffic lights, gaining hands-on experience in how to stay alert and follow road rules. The program also taught them how to ride bikes safely, including wearing helmets and watching for cars. This practical learning experience helped the children understand how to stay safe in everyday traffic situations.

Generosity Day

Students came in colour and comfort for a gold coin donation this free dress Generosity Day. Primary students were also generous in their compliments and kindness by drawing a card and writing something special for the recipient, who was gifted with a small token of kindness. How special it was to see faces light up as they read the messages of kindness given to them. Our students and families showed incredible generosity by donating stationery to the Fiji Mission Trip school visits. We are so incredibly grateful for your generosity in supporting a special cause. Thank you for your generous hearts.

WACSSA Basketball

Mr Da Silva | Primary Sports Coodinator

A group of select Year 5 and 6 students recently competed in the WACSSA Basketball Carnival at the Willetton Basketball Stadium, fielding teams for the Year 5 Girls, Year 5 Boys, Year 6 Girls and Year 6 Boys. Each team displayed outstanding teamwork, determination and sportsmanship, with many games coming down to very close results that kept everyone on the edge of their seats. A big thank you goes to Mrs Servina for assisting with supervision, Miss Araya and Miss Girling for coaching their teams on the day, and a special thank you to Mrs Beek for her dedication in helping train the students in the lead up to the carnival and for coaching the Year 5 Boys team. It was a fantastic day of basketball, teamwork and school spirit!
