End of Term 3 Update

Term 3 has been a wonderful and productive term at Thomas Reddall High School. From NAIDOC Week, Wear It Purple Day, R U OK? Day, TRED Day, and our memorable Year 12 Graduation, our school community has come together to create many meaningful and successful events. Behind the scenes, our staff have worked tirelessly to ensure that each school day runs smoothly and that our students are supported in every way.
A Special Thank You
We would like to acknowledge and thank our incredible Year 7 office runners for going above and beyond to support our administration and executive staff throughout the term. In particular, their efforts in the lead-up to TRED Day, assisting with putting posters around the school and ensuring every classroom received important information. Their commitment and teamwork have made a real difference, and we are very proud of their contribution.
Year 7 Enrolments for 2026
Do you have a child who will be starting at Thomas Reddall High School in 2026? We encourage families to complete enrolment applications early and ensure all required documentation is submitted to the school office. This helps us prepare for a smooth transition and ensures your child is ready to begin the school year successfully.
Health Care Plans
If your child has asthma, anaphylaxis, or any other medical condition that may require staff assistance, please notify the office as soon as possible. Families are asked to provide up-to-date documentation so that an individual Health Care Plan can be developed and shared with staff. This ensures your child is supported and safe in the event of an emergency.
Wishing You a Safe Break
As we conclude Term 3, we would like to wish all students, families, and staff a safe and restful holiday break. Please note that school phones and emails will be checked upon our return.
Important Dates
- Thursday 26 September – Last Day of Term 3
- Monday 13 October – Staff Development Day (students do not attend)
- Tuesday 14 October – Students Return for Term 4
Looking Ahead to Term 4
We are excited for another busy and rewarding term ahead. With a variety of events planned, Term 4 will be an opportunity to celebrate achievements and finish the year on a high note.
A Reminder from Our Office Staff
We kindly remind all parents and carers of the importance of keeping your contact details up to date. In the event of an emergency, it is essential that we have the most current information on file for your child.
If you are unsure whether your details are accurate, please contact the school office. Alternatively, you can download and complete the form, which your child can return to the school. This helps us ensure your child’s records are always accurate and up to date.
School Bytes – Parent Portal Setup
We also encourage all parents and carers to set up a parent portal for School Bytes, the platform we use for communication, school notes and payments.
Instructions on how to create an account and link your child are included below for your reference. If you need help, our friendly office staff are more than happy to assist.
