Students select books for our Library
This year's annual excursion to Readings Books took place on Monday, October 21. Literacy Leaders from Years 7-12 participated in selecting over 80 new books to enhance our school library collection.
The day began with a visit to ACMI, where students explored various exhibitions, followed by a stop at Brunetti’s in Carlton for a cultural treat of mouthwatering gelato or a delicious Italian cake.
The highlight of the excursion was the visit to Readings Books, where students enjoyed browsing across different genres and thoughtfully choosing titles to add diversity to our library. This enriching experience allowed students to contribute directly to our school’s literary offerings, supporting a vibrant reading culture for all.
