Watch Out Headlice About.... We have had a reported case of headlice at our school. If your child is showing signs of headlice please check and treat (if necessary), before returning to school. If you would like some information with regards to the treatment of headlice, please do not hesitate to contact the office.
We will be holding our last School Assembly for Term 3 this Friday, 13th September. Our K/1/2 students will be showcasing what they have been working on. We look forward to seeing all of our parents/carers at 2:15pm.
The NRL Blitz Team will be coming to visit our school tomorrow, Wednesday, 11th September between 9am and 12pm to teach our students drills and technique in Rugby League. Our students are very excited and are looking forward to participating in this event.
The Quirindi Spring Show is on at the Quirindi Showground this weekend. Our students have entered work, and this will be on display. Times to meet Miss Overell at the show will be advised later in the week. We ask if your child is performing that you arrive 15 mins prior to the time to ensure that everyone is prepared to perform at the allotted time. Thank you to Miss Overell who is giving up her time to be a part of this performance.
In week 8 we will focus on the school value of safety.
The NRL Game Development Team have invited our students to play in the All Schools Carnival 2024 to be held in Tamworth on Tuesday, 24th September. This event is open to students who play in U10 - U12 teams. Information on this event will be sent home to those participating students in the coming weeks.
