AGM - New Office Bearers

We held our Annual General Meeting last night and were fortunate to have a number new faces join us. As our leaving members hand over to the new members, we would like to say a huge thankyou.

A massive thankyou to Mick DeMaria who has been on the P&F committee for 9 years and held the Treasurers role for majority of that time. Mick was extremely passionate and loved organising events, being involved in any way possible and help provide the students with many special events over the years.

Thank you to Chelsea Anderson, Hannah Crawford and Alena Ratcliffe, who were all on the general committee and helped with many events during their time over the past few years.

 

We extend a warm welcome to our new committee members and thank those who have taken on an executive role.

Thank you to outgoing President Vanessa Sleeth, who has kindly offered to stay involved to assist the new committee. We thank Vanessa for enthusiasm along with all her time and efforts over the past two years in her role as president and in leading the team in providing the little extras for our students and our school, 'The Colour Run' was one of the many favorites. 

Thankyou to Anita Gray who has also kindly offered to stay involved. Anita was our Public Relations/Communications Officer for the past 3 years, your time and efforts have been greatly appreciated.

 

New - Fundraising 

We will be running our annual Easter Raffle and are seeking donations of all things Easter so that we can create hampers for our prizes. If you know anyone who would be happy to donate a voucher, please reach out to them. 

This is one of our favourite fundraisers because it brings so much joy to our community. Please leave donations at the main office.

Raffle Tickets will be sent home in the coming weeks.

  • Thursday 3rd April - Easter Egg Raffle To be drawn.
  • Friday 4th April - Easter Bonnet Parade - at 9:15 in the Marian Centre
  • Wednesday 7th May - Mother's day Stall - To be held  in the Marian Centre
  • Friday 9th May - Mother's day Breakfast including coffee van commencing at 8am and Mass commencing at 9:15am
  • Wednesday 3rd September - Father's day Stall - further information to follow
  • Friday 5th September - Father's day BBQ breakfast including coffee van - further information to follow
