Achievements

Division Swimming 

We had Digby Barnes participate in the Division Swimming on Wednesday 19th february.

He came 2nd in 50m Freestyle and 3rd in 50m Backstroke and went on to represent St Mary’s at the Regional Championships today.

Today Digby swam at Hume Regionals.

His results: 5th in 50m Freestyle - (He took 4 seconds off his District time) 

He’s in lane 8-blue cap, the closest. We’re so proud of his effort.  

Mooroopna Womens Cricket Team

On Sunday our local women's cricket team travelled to Cooma and played in a thrilling grand final match against a very competitive Nagambie. They were chasing 132 runs and passed the impressive score with 2 balls remaining in the match.

Our Trainee Learning Support staff member & past student Maggie Egglestone, along with other past students, Poppy Vandermeer, Ebony Sleeth, Ava Wood, Bella Woods and Amani Issell.

The team had so much local support including students Oli DeMaria and Macie McDonald along with staff Mr Preston - PE Teacher, and Ethan - Learning Support.
