Canteen News

Please see below some information relating to the ordering, request of a refund, or cancellation of an order through the Canteen service.

Orders:

Please note that orders close at 11.59pm each Wednesday night prior to a Friday delivery. Please do not attend Bourkies and request a lunch order for your child after this time.

Staff at the shop do not manage the canteen system, therefore do not have access or the time to be adding additional orders. Please either try your best to work to the timelines or alternatively order a lunch order for the following week.

Refunds:

If a refund is required, please email the school email address, macedon.ps@education.vic.gov.au by 9.00am on the Thursday morning prior to delivery. The school will forward the email to Bourkies who will process this through the Spriggy Canteen app.

Cancellations:

It is sometimes necessary to cancel canteen orders due to excursions, school activities or your child being sick. If a cancellation is required, please email the school email address, macedon.ps@education.vic.gov.au by 9.00am on the Friday morning of delivery. The school will forward the email to Bourkies, who will process the cancellation, and the order will be delivered the following week.
