Our school community of parents and volunteers make an invaluable contribution to the school's day-to-day operations through various committees and classroom helpers. In addition, the Parent's Association members organise multiple events and fundraising throughout the year.
With the recent changes to our School Council, The Finance Committee would like to thank Shamus for his many years of contribution to both the WHPS Finance Committee and the School Council. Shamus was an active member of both Committees. In addition, over the years, he has been involved in the Parents Association. He has organised many fundraising activities and events for students, including stalls, raffles, choc-top days, and more!
Thank you to all our Volunteers and Committee members; your contributions make a real difference in school operations and students.

General Office Hours
The general office is open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Tel 9561 3457) .
The office staff cannot supervise students after school, and students must be collected by 3:45 pm. We strongly recommend enrolling in the OSHC program if you cannot collect by 3:45 pm.
Are your contact details up to date?
To update a change of address or family living arrangements, don't hesitate to contact the school office so that we can assist with updating your student/family contact information.
Parent Helpers and Volunteers at WHPS
Many parents assist at school within the classroom, excursions and school events throughout the year.
It is mandatory, that all Volunteers/parent helpers hold a valid Working with Children Card. The card must be presented to the Office every time you sign in, on school grounds/or on an excursion helper.

Lost Property
Please ensure all school clothes, bags, and personal property are clearly labelled with the student’s name. This will ensure that property can be returned to the correct person when lost.
