OSHC NEWSLETTER - 21st March 2025
CHANGES TO DIRECT DEBIT
There has been a transition within our accounts management which has seen some changes made to our payments system.
From now on payments will be coming out fortnightly starting from 21st March to coincide with the invoice that was sent out Monday 17th March.
Payments will continue to follow the two-week cycle for the remainder of the year.

SIGNING IN AND SIGNING OUT
This is a reminder that when you are signing your children in and out of OSHC can you please ensure that you are:
Individually signing both children in and out,
Checking that you are signing in or out the correct child,
Writing down the correct time.
Our attendance list is a legal document so we want to ensure that it is all information is correct.
OSHC SUB-COMMITTEE
We are currently looking new members who would be interested in joining our OSHC Sub-Committee this year.
Our sub-committee is a way for families to give feedback on the management of our program.
We have hour-long monthly meetings which happen on Monday evenings between 6-7pm.

APRIL VACATION CARE
Bookings have opened for our April Vacation Care program, if you are interested in sending your child to our program please complete the booking form that is attached to this newsletter.
Bookings will close on Wednesday 2nd April.
If you would like your child/children to attend vacation care and are not enrolled in the OSHC program, you will first need to enrol using he below link.
