Family Mass - Saturday 15th February 2025

It was wonderful to see so many families attend our Term 1 Family Mass on 15th February.  The students read beautifully well done! Our Year 4 students made their First Holy Communion Commitment and some wonderful hospitality was shared in the Undercroft after Mass. The Year 4 students have now officially commenced preparations to receive the Sacrament of First Holy Communion in March/April 2025.

Lenten Prayer Packs

By Monday 3rd March 2025, each family will receive a Lenten Prayer Pack. Included is a cross, Lenten Prayer, Jubilee Year Prayer and a Project Compassion box. I encourage you to set up a prayer space and read over the enclosed ‘Season of Lent’ one page literature, which will provide you with a basic understanding of Shrove Tuesday, Ash Wednesday and Lent, and in particular why we do the things we do as Catholics during this most sacred time in our Liturgical Calendar. Let us take the opportunity this Lent to pray more for hope in our own personal lives and in our world.

As we commence our Lenten journey for 2025, as pilgrims of hope, may we be transformed by the love and mercy of our heavenly Father and be strengthened in faith by His humility and grace.

Go gently, every blessing
