Principal's Message

Ms Grace Carlo-Stella

Dear Parents and Carers,

It has been an exciting and enriching time at StMM’s and we are grateful for the strong sense of community that continues to grow among our students, families and staff.

At our recent principals’ meeting that was held at StMM’s, the principals had the opportunity to visit classrooms and were truly impressed by the engagement of our students and the outstanding work of our teachers. The collaboration between staff and the consistency in practice across grades and school were evident, highlighting the dedication and passion that make our learning environment so special.

We warmly invite you to our Open Classrooms this coming Monday, 3 March 2025, 2:15 - 2:45pm, where parents can experience firsthand the inspiring learning taking place. Additionally, our Opening School Mass is tomorrow, Friday 28 February commencing at 9am and we encourage all families to join us in this special celebration of faith and community. At the mass our student leaders for 2025 will be commissioned.

It was fantastic to see so many students and parents at our Learning and Thriving Night, engaging in meaningful discussions about student goals and aspirations. Your involvement plays a vital role in supporting student success and we appreciate your participation.

As we celebrate Catholic Schools Week next week, we are pleased to announce that enrolments for 2026 are now open. Prospective parents are invited to attend our Open Days on Wednesday, 5 March and Friday, 7 March. If you know families with children born between 1 August 2020 and 31 July 2021, please share this opportunity with them—we would love to welcome them into our school community.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership in making our school a place where students learn, grow and thrive.

Kind Regards,

Grace
