Dear Families,
It's hard to believe that we have only one week of school left for this term. We have had many exciting events over this term which has enabled the students to settle into school with ease. It is always pleasing to see them being involved in the activities, learning new content and having fun at the same time.
During the up and coming holidays may I suggest that they share with you some of their highlights, what they enjoyed taking part in and what they can now do. If you ask the question, "What did you do?" they are more likely to reply, "Nothing!"
School Photos Next Week
The official school photos will be taken on Thursday, 28 March by professional photographers. All children must wear their normal summer uniform so that we have consistency in the group photos. Please NO sports uniform.
Allergies and Food at School
Please do not send any nuts or nut based products in your child’s snack or lunch due to severe allergies of some children at our school.
Winter Uniform
Students will be able to wear either summer or winter uniform from the beginning of Term Two. All students must wear only winter uniform by Monday, 29 April 2024. The Sports Uniform is to be worn only on Thursdays and for any other sporting event.
Congratulations
Becoming part of a family is always a special time and I would like to congratulate Max in Year 3 as well as Sean and Regelyn Way, (parents of Sean-Paul, Alex and Theresa) who have been or will be, admitted to the Catholic faith. May your faith journey be a memorable one and may St Anthony have you under his care and guidance.
Term Dates
Term 1 ends on Thursday, 28 March when students will be dismissed at 1.30pm. Term 2 commences on Monday, 15 April. Please note that Friday, 26 April will be a Student Free Day.
A particular "thank you" to all the staff who continuously work with our children to ensure that they have the best educational outcomes.
