NAMOI COTTON GIN EXCURSION

As part of our Science unit, ‘Food and Fibre,’ students in Years 3-6 will visit the Namoi Cotton Gin on Wednesday, April 10, 2024.

In class, students are learning about how cotton is planted and grown. This excursion to the Gin will further facilitate their learning and understanding by showing firsthand how cotton goes from plant to useable commercial fibre.

This is a FREE excursion and the students will be transported by bus. 

If you haven't already done so please give permission on Compass by 11:59pm tomorrow night.
