The KWS Hub App – Sport & Co-curricular information

In order to help us deliver timely notifications, we encourage both students and parents to make sure you have the HUB APP setup on your mobile device. This is different to a shortcut to the HUB website. It is a native app that is downloaded from either the Apple Store or the Google Play store, depending on your device.

More information can be found here: Kinross Wolaroi School | The Hub (kws.nsw.edu.au)

You can download the apps here:

Apple: Kinross Wolaroi School on the App Store (apple.com)

Android: Kinross Wolaroi School - Apps on Google Play

Once you sign in (you can create your own password), to check it is set up correctly, click on the Co-Curricular tab.

Here you should see a Schedule which includes training sessions and fixtures for each student you have here. You will also see in Teams all the Co-curricular activities your children are involved in.

Once you have the app, when a training session or fixture is cancelled, you will receive an instant push notification to your mobile device. The session will also have a red cancelled icon when you view the Schedule.

If you require assistance with the Hub App please email support@kws.nsw.edu.au

Sustainability Goal

In 2023 the school averaged 50% of printing being in colour with the target of reducing this to 30% in 2024.

So far in 2024 we have seen a shift towards more black and white printing with 35% being in colour based on year-to-date data which is a fantastic progress towards our goal!

A huge thank you to all staff and students that have been and continue to make a conscious decision about how and why they print.

Forest Positive

We're making our printing Forest Positive - meaning we plant more trees than we use with roughly 38 trees consumed by printing so far this year.

To improve our environmental footprint, we've joined the 'PaperCut Grows' program to plant 1720 trees across three locations.

Help decide how many trees are allocated to each planting location by voting for your favorite location - it'll only take a few seconds:
