Election of Officeholders for 2024/25
The Parents & Friends Association AGM was held on Monday 18 March and Officeholders for the 2024/25 period were elected. We were most fortunate that the 2023/24 Executive Committee were all willing to stand again and all were re-elected.

I would like to warmly thank the Executive team for all of their amazing support over the past year, their positivity and teamwork has been wonderful. I am excited to be working with them for the forthcoming year and look forward to seeing the P&F go from strength to strength as we build our community.
The Treasurer presented a Financial Report for 2023, however, as the audited Financial Reports were not yet available for endorsement at the AGM, we will be scheduling an Extraordinary General Meeting to deal with this matter in the near future.
Country Fair Results
Preliminary financial results for the Country Fair were presented at the AGM, with a finalised financial report to be available for the next meeting. We were extremely pleased to hear that the combined efforts of our P&F Year Group Stalls at the Fair raised a very impressive $56,540! This was a massive contribution towards the final fundraising figure for the Fair, which looks like being in excess of $70,000 and these funds will go towards the restoration of Wolaroi Mansion.
A huge thank you must go to everyone who contributed to the Fair, in so many different ways. All of our families contributed by making donations, purchasing raffle, ride and activity tickets, buying food and drinks, and more! We secured amazing sponsors and donors, and our parent volunteers went above and beyond to make it a very special day.
