Times for 2024

8.30am - GATES OPEN and classrooms open

8.45am - Gates close and learning begins 

11.00am - 11.40am RECESS time

1.30pm - Eating lunch inside 

1.40pm - 2.20pm LUNCH time 

                                               3.20pm - School finish time

School Photo Day - Tuesday 30th April 2024

School Photos will be taken on Tuesday 30th April, 2024.

More information will be sent home at the beginning of Term 2 with online ordering instructions.

Student Absences

It is a requirement that parents/carers notify the school if their child is sick or away.

A easy way to do this is through the Audiri App (see download instructions below). Absence Forms are listed under 'Forms' button under the 'Resources' tab.

Select your child's grade and digitally fill out and sign the form, which is emailed directly to their teacher and the office. 

Alternatively, please email the office at office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or contact the office on 9487 1001.

2024 School Fee Statements

Dear families,

School Fee Statements have now been emailed to all families. 

Please check your spam/junk folders if you have not received your statement.

The statements advise that they are Term 1 Statements, however the fees listed are for the whole school year.

Statements are sent out at the beginning of each term as a reminder and courtesy, even to those families paying via Direct Debit, so that families are aware of their current account balances.

The payment of $400 for Curriculum ($300) and Technology ($100) levies was due by Thursday 29th February, 2024. Payment of this part of the school fees would be appreciated as soon as possible.

A reminder that those families on Direct Debit need not pay this fee separately, as payments have been set up for the year.
