Enrolment Procedures & Business Regulations Friendly Reminder
Parents/caregivers are reminded to review our Enrolment Procedures & Business Regulations on a regular basis.
We would like to provide families with a friendly reminder that a full term’s written notice, addressed to the Principal, is required when withdrawing a student from the College to avoid fees being charged in lieu of notice. Where a student is leaving at the end of the school year, notice must be received by the first day of Term 4.

Year 7 2027 Enrolment Interviews
Our Senior Leadership Team are commencing first round interviews for entry in Year 7, 2027 in Term 2. If you have any friends or family looking to join our Clayfield community, we invite them to contact our Enrolment Team on (07) 3262 0220 or enrol@clayfield.qld.edu.au to discuss next steps. Please note that no further action is required from current students looking to continue their Clayfield journey into Secondary School.
2025 Scholarships and Bursaries Program
Applications for the 2025 Scholarships and Bursaries Program will close on Sunday 31 March 2024. Current students, who will be entering Year 7 to 11 in 2025, are invited to apply for a General Excellence or Boarding Bursary.
