Harmony Day

Congratulations to every student who performed in our Harmony Day celebratory Assembly. This yearly occasion beautifully displays diverse artistic expressions, encompassing music, dance, and language. We take pride in highlighting the talents within our community, and it is particularly gratifying to see students who typically don’t perform stepping into the spotlight.

Student Achievements

Congratulations to Ema Costello (Year 10) who was awarded a High Distinction (A+) in her recent Grade 6 AMEB Saxophone Repertoire Exam. Ema is a valued member of our Band Program and is often featured as a soloist in the College Big Band. Great work Ema!

Mr Walker heads to Glasgow!

Mr Walker is looking forward to immersing himself in the electrifying atmosphere of the 2024 World Irish Dance Championships - Oireachtas Rince na Cruinne 2024! Set against the stunning backdrop of the Scottish Event Campus and Clyde Auditorium in Glasgow, UK, the 2024 World Championships promises a week-long spectacle of talent, artistry, athleticism, and passion.

Private Instrumental and Vocal Tuition

This year we have updated the billing method for Music Tuition at Clayfield College. Fees for music tuition covering Term 1 and Term 2 will now be consolidated and appear on each student's account in the Term 2 invoice. Students will be billed based on the number of lessons they were allocated in Term 1, plus a set amount for eight lessons in Term 2.

Should parents decide to withdraw their child from Private Tuition, it's imperative that the Music Department is informed. Failing to cancel lessons in a timely manner will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to two weeks of lessons. To avoid this, please ensure you send a withdrawal notification email to music@clayfield.qld.edu.au by the end of Term 1.

For a detailed understanding of our Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to review the information provided on the lesson application below.
