MCC Most Successful School again!
Mildura Christian College has defended its title, once again claiming the trophy for the Most Successful School in Arts, Crafts, and Cookery at the Melbourne Royal Show! This accomplishment is particularly impressive considering the size of our little school compared to the much larger institutions in Melbourne, and is a terrific example of art favouring quality over quantity! This year our students entered 109 pieces of artwork, and many received awards in the name of our school. We applaud them for the hard work and dedication that they have put into their wonderful artwork this year, and give a huge thank you to our amazing art teacher Mrs. Wheaton! Her skill, passion, and willingness to go above and beyond in her role is inspiring to us all. Her commitment to fostering creativity and encouraging students to express themselves through art has played a pivotal role in their success, and none of this would have been possible without her.
