Learning this week:
Word Study in Week 11:
Year 3’s will be focusing on the ‘a’ spelling that makes an ‘o’ sound
Year 4’s will be focusing on schwa /u/

In Reader’s and Writer’s workshop classes will be creating and publishing our own poetry.
Mathematics: We will continue exploring angles, symmetry and rotation.
Unit of Inquiry: We will be reflecting on our dance workshops and finalising our “How we express ourselves” unit of inquiry.
Christian Studies: Focus on the structure and meaning of Psalms and the Biblical Easter Story.

GLOW week (Week 9, Term 2)
We are super excited that GLOW week is back in Week 9 Term 2. If you have any special skills or hobbies that you’d be willing to share with the children, or if you would like to volunteer for this amazing week of learning, please contact your classroom teacher.
Mr Salisbury will be on leave for Week 11, with Ms Neumann and Mrs Richardson taking 34NS.
