Living a happy and healthy life means having a good balance of different activities every day! It’s important to take care of our bodies, our minds, and our emotions. Here are some simple ways to stay balanced:
🌟 Eat Healthy Foods – Eating fruits, vegetables, and drinking lots of water gives us energy to learn and play. Try to have a mix of healthy foods in your lunchbox!
🏃♂️ Be Active – Running, playing, and exercising help keep our bodies strong. Try to move around for at least an hour each day!
😴 Get Enough Sleep – Our brains need rest to grow and learn. Make sure to get 9-11 hours of sleep every night!
📚 Learn and Play – Schoolwork is important, but so is playing! Find time for both to keep your brain and body happy.
🧘♀️ Take Time to Pray or Meditate – Spending quiet time in prayer or meditation can help us feel calm, grateful, and focused. It’s a great way to relax and reflect each day.
😊 Be Kind to Yourself and Others – Spend time with friends, talk about your feelings, and help others. A happy heart is just as important as a healthy body!
