Principal's message

Jesus said, "I am the true vine and my Father is the gardener.  He prunes the fruitful branch  so that it will bear more fruit. A branch cannot bear fruit by itself; it can only do so if it remains in the vine. If you remain in me, you will bear  much fruit. " (John 15:1-8)

Sunday's Gospel is a good insight into how we live our lives. When we live in a forgiving way and are kind to others, show care to others  and treat people justly then we are bearing the good fruit.

Dear Parents,

Our Student leaders  represented our school at the Cenotaph for the ANZAC Day ceremony.  They participated in the  ceremony with appropriate respect and gratitude for all service people.

Launch of Fun Run

In our whole school assembly on Monday Mr. Nolan launched the Fun Run/Cross Country  to be held on Friday May 24th 2024.  This is a major day on our school calendar where all our children are cheered along in the fun run by their parents, grandparents, siblings etc.  The first run starts at 12 noon.

In addition to the fun run being a fabulous community engagement day, it is also a fundraiser for our school.  Your child will have brought home a flier advertising the fundraising element and we encourage all families to support this. Funds raised have been used to help pay for the cover over the basket ball court.

See you all on Friday 24th at 12 noon for the Fun Run.
