Mother's Day

The Gap State High School P&C invites students, family members, staff and the community to join us in celebrating Mother's and Significant Others.

Hello everyone and welcome to this addition of our school newsletter. Well once again The Gap has been a busy place, with last week we opened our doors to our community and students with our Gap Experience event. If you missed out on attending that amazing evening, please look out for more information about how you can come and see the School through school tours. I look forward to welcoming you into our school and staff taking you on a tour.

 

Coming up this week we have our ANZAC Day ceremony, which will be a beautiful ceremony conducted in our school on Wednesday before the official ceremony. If you are keen to show your community spirit join us for our school march with our community. Please join us at 8:00 am between Q Block and the Tuckshop area, where we will assemble and march down for the community ceremony. Feel free to bring all children, don't forget a hat and maybe an umbrella as well if it looks like it could be wet. 

 

Further to that we have our next big event coming up that is our P&C supported event, Mother's Day. Last year it was an amazing event, there was lots of beautiful food and some great raffles and some very heartfelt thanks from the yeong people at our school.  Look out for the registration link and be sure to buy tickets to join us for our mothers day event.
